These tools are provided "as-is" with a target 99.9% uptime SLA hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. Users are responsible for verifying mathematical and legal results before filing with public agencies.
Access to specific portal tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise) is governed by recurring payments handled securely via Stripe. Failure to settle outstanding balances will result in immediate suspension of API access and temporary lockouts on document ledger entries inside Cloudflare D1 storage.
Users agree not to utilize our credit disputing systems to draft fraudulent claims. All letters must match legitimate FCRA-valid dispute guidelines. Any violation of these codes will trigger automated entity flags and potential account termination under RJ Business Solutions guidelines.
In no event shall RJ Business Solutions, its officers, or its automated subagents be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from calculation discrepancies, audit triggers, or credit reporting marks.
